Steak Supper a Big Success
At Wednesday's stated meeting, Worshipful Master Lance E. Hill reported the success of this month's steak supper: the Lodge raised over $1,200 to support the charitable works of the Brethren of Boggs Lodge. This total is well above the money raised in previous efforts, and will go a long way in promoting the efforts in Freemasonry. Special commendations go to all the Brethren who sold tickets and encouraged their friends and neighbors to attend. Brother Vic Klingelhofer also deserves a special word of gratitude for both preparing an amazingly good steak, but also for his many, many hours in planning and promoting the event. Several members and their ladies helped serve the meal, and their efforts are supremely appreciated.
Welcome Brother David Strayer
The Worshipful Master, Wardens, and Brethren of Boggs Lodge 292 are pleased to welcome Brother David Strayer as the newest Entered Apprentice in the Lodge. At the regularly stated meeting this evening, Master Lance E. Hill presided over fine degree work introducing Brother Strayer to the fraternity. Worshipful Brother Chuck Wood delivered the lecture, and Junior Deacon Daryl Cordrey delivered the charge. A highlight of the work was Worshipful Brother Don Roach's presentation of the white apron; Worshipful Brother Roach was inspiring as always. Please welcome our newest member when you see him in the community, and remember to be thinking of potential members who might be interested in receiving a petition.

The Council passed inspection with most impressive degree work. Owing to the participation of Garis Pugh, Most Excellent Grand High Priest of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, the degree work was observed by several Grand Line Officers of the Grand Council of Royal & Select Masons of Ohio, including the Most Illustrious Grand Master Bobby G.
